After the overwhelming, sold-out success of the Sambroso Allstars, you asked for more—and we’re delivering. Welcome to Havana Social, a night dedicated to the soul-stirring rhythms of Cuba and the high-octane energy of Salsa.

We are incredibly proud to present the English debut of Orquesta Boreal. After selling out their legendary monthly residency at Edinburgh’s Jazz Bar for months on end, this powerhouse ensemble is crossing the border for their first-ever concert in England—an exclusive premiere right here at our venue.

With their authentic sound and dynamic musicianship, they transport audiences to the heart of Latin America, Puerto Rico, Cuba and Latin New York, evoking the passion and energy of salsa from the golden era of the 1970s. Inspired by such salsa legends as Tito Puente, Eddie Palmieri and the Fania Allstars, as well as Cuba's Buena Vista Social Club, the band's seamless fusion of traditional salsa and classic Cuban music with contemporary flair creates an irresistible groove that keeps crowds moving all night long.

The heat starts early with a resident Latin DJ spinning the finest Cuban tracks to set the floor alight. For those looking to truly immerse themselves in the night, we are offering an exclusive Salsa dance class upgrade. Join 'Salsa in Cumbria' instructors before the main event to learn the steps and sharpen your moves before the band takes the stage.
