BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! Tyneside folk-rock pioneers LINDISFARNE are coming back to the Old Fire Station again in 2023.

The Old Fire Station is delighted to welcome to Carlisle the legendary 70’s folk-rock pioneers LINDISFARNE, with a classic five-piece line-up of long-time members fronted by founder-member Rod Clements on vocals, mandolin, fiddle and slide guitar.

The timeless appeal of LINDISFARNE continues to defy all expectations as the band announce a year of relentless touring for 2023. Led by original founder member Rod Clements, the well-loved & respected North East band are playing dates that will take them to all corners of the UK.

For 2023 Lindisfarne recall a memorable period of live shows focussed on the 1977 release of live LP ‘Magic in The Air’.

With a repertoire of unforgettable songs like Meet Me On The Corner, Fog On The Tyne, Lady Eleanor and Run For Home and a reputation for live performance second to none, LINDISFARNE’S power to galvanize festival and concert audiences remains undimmed and is guaranteed to get the crowd on their feet and singing along.

• The venue and bar will be open from 6.45pm
• This event is for 14 and over - No refunds will be issued for under 14s.

14 and 15 year olds will need to be under the supervision of an adult and each adult may accompany a maximum of 2 children.
